I am following up on my FOI request (File No. {file_name}) submitted on {request_date} for license ID numbers and related data. After reviewing the most recent report, we have identified discrepancies in the provided data. Some license ID numbers that we expected to be included are missing from the current update.<br/><br/>

Please find the attached list of these missing license ID numbers for your reference. We kindly request that you update the request and forward the information on these license ID numbers as per our original request. If there are reasons for the missing data or for it not being sent, please provide a detailed explanation, including:<br/><br/>

If the license ID numbers and their data are no longer on record;<br/><br/>
If the user has not updated their fees, and the request date falls between the 1-year grace period for paying dues, causing the license to be temporarily inactive.<br/><br/>
This information will help us ensure that our future requests are accurate and do not repeat requests for the same missing data.<br/><br/>
